No, we don’t actually “fish.” This has been the name of this group for a number of years, based off of the Lord’s directive to His disciples, “
Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” Meeting on the first Saturday of the September-May, this group is exclusively for the guys – regardless of their age.
A delicious breakfast is prepared by one of our ladies and the men clean it up! Afterwards, a brief business meeting takes place where we discuss possible projects. Then, one of our men will share a devotional and we have prayer together before leaving to get on with our Saturday projects.
We do all of this in one hour: 8:30-9:30. Come and see for yourself, men!
